History of Salsarita's
Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill was started in the year 2000 by a person named Bruce Willette. He had a vision for a new kind of Mexican-style restaurant.
In 2011, Phil Friedman bought the company. He worked hard to make Salsarita's grow even bigger. Friedman believed that to be successful, you need great people running the restaurants. He wanted Salsarita's to become a very large regional chain, meaning it would have many locations across different parts of the country.
What's on the Menu?
Salsarita's menu has six main items that customers love. These include burritos, bowls, and quesoritos. A quesorito is a burrito filled with your favorite ingredients, then covered in Salsarita’s creamy queso cheese sauce. You can also order tacos, quesadillas, and fresh salads.
The price of your meal depends on the main filling you choose. Options include grilled chicken, ground beef, grilled steak, shredded pork, sautéed shrimp, or fajita vegetables.
Fresh Toppings and Salsas
Salsarita's is famous for its fresh salsas, made daily. They offer seven different kinds, like Mild Salsa, Hot Salsa, Medium Salsa, and Pico de Gallo. Other choices include Tomatillo Salsa Verde, Pueblo Corn Salsa, and Creamy Cholula Corn.
You can also add many other fresh toppings to your meal. These include rice, beans, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced onions.
