Samantha Gail Klitzman (born January 22, 1996), known as Sami Gayle, is an American actress. She is famous for playing Nicky Reagan in the TV show Blue Bloods on CBS.

Sami Gayle's Early Life
Sami Gayle grew up in Weston, Florida. Her mom, Robin, used to own a business and now works as Sami's agent. Her dad, Larry Klitzman, is a lawyer.
Sami was taught at home and followed a special school program called Advanced Placement (AP) for all her subjects. She was also a top debater in a competition called Public Forum Debate. She even qualified twice for the Tournament of Champions, which means she was one of the best debaters in the country! Sami studied political science and art history at Columbia University and finished her degree in 2018.

Sami started her acting career on stage. She played Baby June in an off-Broadway play called Gypsy, which later moved to Broadway. Broadway shows are plays performed in special theaters in New York City. Off-Broadway shows are also in New York but are usually smaller.
She also acted in other off-Broadway plays like Oohrah! and Family Week. In 2007, Sami was in the Broadway show Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical.
TV Shows and Movies
Besides her role on Blue Bloods, Sami Gayle also appeared in other TV shows. She was a guest star on USA's Royal Pains and had a repeating role on the CBS soap opera As the World Turns.
Sami has also been in several movies. She co-starred in Detachment (2012), Stolen (2012), and The Congress (2013). In 2014, she played Mia Rinaldi in the movie Vampire Academy. In 2018, Sami starred in the Netflix romantic comedy Candy Jar.
Sami was a regular character on Blue Bloods from season 2 to season 10. She appeared less in season 11 and in the series finale. This was because she was busy finishing her degree at Columbia University and working on other projects.
In 2023, Sami returned to the theater. She played Adele, the stepsister, in the Broadway musical Bad Cinderella, created by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
