From 2001 to 2005, Samantha attended Raritan High School. During her time there, she was very active in sports. She played softball, ran track, and was a four-year varsity soccer player. She also won art contests when she was younger.

These included The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Ellen DeGeneren Show, The Wendy Williams Show, and Live with Regis and Kelly.

In 2012, Samantha and her Jersey Shore co-stars were in the movie The Three Stooges. She also appeared in some episodes of the spin-off show Snooki & Jwoww. In 2017, she took part in a special TV show called Reunion Road Trip: Return to the Jersey Shore.

In 2018, Samantha decided not to join the new Jersey Shore show, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. She explained that she wanted to avoid uncomfortable situations. She also wanted to focus on her businesses and her personal life.
