San Antonio is a small town in northwestern Uruguay. It is located in the Salto Department. San Antonio is considered a suburb of the bigger city of Salto.

San Antonio is a quiet place in the country of Uruguay. It is known for being a suburb of Salto, a much larger city. This means it's close enough to Salto to be connected, but still has its own unique feel.

Where is San Antonio Located?

San Antonio is found about 3 kilometers (which is about 2 miles) north of a main road called Route 31. It's also about 17 kilometers (around 10.5 miles) east of the city of Salto. A railroad track that goes from Salto to Artigas runs right by the town.

A small river, called Arroyo San Antonio Grande, flows very close to the town. This can be a nice feature of the local landscape.
