Where is San Luis al Medio?
This village is found along Route 19. It is about 29 kilometers (about 18 miles) west-northwest of a town called Chuy. The Río San Luis river flows to the north and west of the village.

San Luis al Medio officially became a "Pueblo" (which means village) on November 3, 1952. This happened because of a special law called Ley Nº 11.876. This law recognized its growing importance.
