San Salvador el Verde is a small town and a municipality (a type of local government area) in the state of Puebla, located in south-eastern Mexico. It is most famous for the Chautla Hacienda. This hacienda was once owned by Eulogio Gillow y Zavala, who was an important religious leader. He was the first archbishop of Antequera, which is now the city of Oaxaca.
The Chautla Hacienda has a special building called "El Castillo" (The Castle). It looks like an English-style house. Today, the hacienda is a fun place for people to visit and enjoy outdoor activities.
