Sandra and her brother Andraé were very close. They both served as leaders, called co-pastors, at the Christ Memorial Church of God in Christ. This church is located in Pacoima, California. They led the church together until Andraé passed away in January 2015.

On the day her brother died, Sandra shared a heartfelt message. She said, "Today my twin brother, womb-mate and best friend went home to be with the Lord. Please keep me, my family and our church family in your prayers. I tried to keep him here but God loved him best."

Sandra Crouch passed away on March 17, 2024, when she was 81 years old.
