Sandro Cois (born June 9, 1972) is a former Italian professional football player. He had a long career, mostly playing as a defensive midfielder. He played for several Italian clubs, including Torino, Fiorentina, and Sampdoria.

Sandro was known for his smart playing style, good passing, and lots of energy. He could play in different midfield and defensive positions. He also played for the Italian national team three times between 1998 and 1999. He was part of the team that went to the 1998 FIFA World Cup.

Sandro Cois joined the Italy national football team when he was playing for Fiorentina in the late 1990s. He was chosen to be part of the team for the 1998 FIFA World Cup.

Even though he was part of the World Cup squad, he didn't play much for the national team. He only played in 3 matches for Italy between 1998 and 1999. One of these was an unofficial match against the FIFA World Stars team. He did not play in any games during the 1998 World Cup itself.
