Kamenga Mbikay (born in 1976), known by his stage name Sans Pression, is a Canadian rapper. He comes from Quebec. He was part of a hip hop group called Treizième Étage. Later, Sans Pression became his solo music project.

The Story of Sans Pression
SP was born in Buffalo, New York. His parents were from Congo. He grew up in different cities in Quebec, including Sherbrooke, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, and Montreal.
In 1997, he started the group Sans Pression. He formed it with his friend Jean-Philippe Guillaume, also known as Ti-Kid, who was from Haiti. Their music had strong beats and powerful lyrics. This was different from other hip hop music in Quebec at that time. Their song "Numero 1" is even used by famous fighter Georges St-Pierre when he enters the ring.
First Album Success
Their first album was called 514-50 dans mon réseau. It came out in 1999. The numbers 514 and 450 are area codes for Montreal and the areas around it. This album sold over 45,000 copies! It was special because its lyrics mixed both English and French.
SP and Ti-Kid went on tour together. But later, they had a disagreement and went their separate ways. Ti-Kid then left Quebec to work on Creole rap music.
Sans Pression as a Solo Artist
SP continued to make music as Sans Pression by himself. In 2003, he released his second album, Répliques aux ofusqués. This album was made without Ti-Kid.
In 2007, SP joined a music tour called "93 tours." He also put together a special music project called XIII Deep. He worked with other rappers from Montreal on this project. One of them was Jonathan Beaupré Guilbault.
In 2008, the Sans Pression album La Tendance Se Maintient was nominated for an award. It was chosen as the hip hop album of the year at the ADISQ awards. These are important music awards in Quebec. Sans Pression performed with Yvon Krevé at the Francofolies festival in 2010. He was invited back to perform at this festival again in 2017.
