Santiago Jamiltepec (which means Casandoo in the Mixtec language) is a town in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. It is also the main town of a larger area called a municipality.

This town is located in the Jamiltepec District, which is in the western part of the Costa Chica Region. It's about 30 kilometers (18 miles) east of Pinotepa Nacional and 460 kilometers (285 miles) southwest of Oaxaca de Juárez, the capital city of Oaxaca.
