Saposoa is a town located in Northern Peru. It is the main city, or capital, of the Huallaga province, which is part of the San Martín area. In 2007, about 12,951 people lived there.
The town has its own airport, called Saposoa Airport. This makes it easier for people to travel to and from Saposoa.
