Where is Savegre?
Savegre covers an area of about 216 square kilometers. That's like a big piece of land! It is also very close to sea level, only about 9 meters high.
Towns and Villages
The main town in Savegre is Matapalo. It's like the center of the district.
Many other small villages are also part of Savegre. These include Dos Bocas, Guabas, Guápil, and Hatillo Nuevo. You can also find Hatillo Viejo, Laguna, Nubes, and Palma Quemada. Other villages are Pasito, Paso, Paso Guanacaste, and Platanillo. There are also Playa Matapalo, Portalón, Punto de Mira, Salitral, and Salsipuedes.
