After his time in Como, he moved to another important church position. From 1519 to 1525, he was the Bishop of Piacenza. Piacenza is another city in northern Italy. Being a bishop meant he was in charge of a large area of churches and their communities. He helped guide people in their faith.

Becoming a Cardinal
