Scotland is a small place in Arkansas, United States. It is an unincorporated community. This means it is not officially a town or city with its own local government. Scotland is located in the southwestern part of Van Buren County. It sits near the start of the South Fork of the Little Red River. In April 2010, a powerful tornado hit Scotland. It caused a lot of damage to the community.
