See How They Run is an exciting Australian-British children's television series. It was made by the BBC and ABC in 1999. The show is based on a book by David McRobbie with the same name.

The story is about the Cassidy family. They have to go into a special program called Witness Protection. This happens because the father helps the police with an important court case. The family must leave their home in England. They move all the way to Sydney, Australia. But they have to keep moving because some dangerous people are trying to find them. The series was filmed around the beautiful Blue Mountains. Emma, the oldest daughter, tells the story.
