Sherman "Bucky" Barton (born February 2, 1875, died July 11, 1947) was a talented baseball player. He was an Outfielder in the Negro Leagues. These leagues were important professional baseball leagues for African American players. They played during a time when Black athletes were not allowed in Major League Baseball.

Bucky Barton was born in Normal, Illinois. He passed away in Chicago, Illinois when he was 72 years old.
