Show Me What You're Made Of is a cool CBBC show where kids get to travel the world! Hosted by Stacey Dooley, this documentary series lets British children try out some of the toughest jobs. Imagine working in a factory or on a farm in a different country!
Each series explores a new place around the world. The show helps young people understand how everyday things are made. It also teaches them about the hard work involved. The first series started on December 12, 2011. So far, seven series have been shown.
Where to Watch the Show
The very first series of Show Me What You're Made Of was shown on BBC One. After that, the BBC changed how they broadcast children's shows. So, from the second series onwards, the show moved to CBBC and CBBC HD. This means more kids could easily find and watch the exciting adventures!

What Happens in the Episodes
