Silver Lake is a natural freshwater lake found in Lake County, Florida. It is almost perfectly round! A road called Silver Lake Drive goes all the way around it.
Many homes and private docks for boats and fishing are located along the lake's edge. On one side, you'll find the Silver Lake Country Club. On another side is the Lake-Sumter State College campus. Part of the Leesburg International Airport flight line is also nearby. The Leesburg Dog Park is also close to the airport's flight line. The entire lake is located within the city of Silver Lake, Florida.
