Simply Beverages is a well-known American company that makes fruit juices. It's also called the Simply Orange Juice Company. This company started in 2001 in Apopka, Florida. It is now part of The Coca-Cola Company.

Simply Beverages makes many types of orange juice and other fruit juices. These juices are "not-from-concentrate," meaning they are made directly from squeezed fruit. You can find them in clear plastic bottles with green tops in the refrigerated section of stores. The bottles have a special shape, wide at the bottom and narrower at the top.

The Simply Orange company buys many oranges from Florida. They also get oranges from Brazil and Mexico. To make sure their juice tastes the same all year, they use a special computer system. This system helps them mix the juices perfectly.

The History of Simply Beverages

How Simply Beverages Started

The Simply Orange Juice Company was created in 2001 by Minute Maid. They first launched three kinds of "Simply Orange" juice in the Northeastern United States. These were "Original," "Original with Calcium," and "Grove Made."

By 2003, the company started selling its juices in the Southeastern United States. Soon after, Simply Orange juices were available all across the country. In 2004, they added a new type called "Country Stand with Calcium."

Growing the Juice Line

In 2006, the "Simply" brand grew even more. They introduced "Simply Lemonade" and "Simply Limeade." A year later, in August 2007, they announced "Simply Grapefruit." This new juice started arriving in stores by mid-September.

More new flavors came out in mid-August 2008, like "Simply Orange with Mango" and "Simply Orange with Pineapple." In February 2009, "Simply Lemonade with Raspberry" became available. Then, in January 2012, "Simply Cranberry Cocktail" and "Simply Lemonade with Mango" were released.

The company kept adding new options. In 2017, they launched "Simply Peach" and "Simply Lemonade with Strawberry." In 2018, the company also started a new line called "Simply Light." These drinks have fewer calories and less sugar. Around the same time, the size of their 59-ounce bottles was changed to 52 ounces.
