Sir Fulwar Skipwith, 2nd Baronet (born 1676 – died May 14, 1728) was an important person from Newbold Revel in Warwickshire, England. He was a member of the Conservative Party. He also served as a Member of Parliament for the city of Coventry.
A Baronet is a special title in the United Kingdom, like a knight but passed down through families. Fulwar Skipwith became the 2nd Baronet in his family.

Early Life and Family
Fulwar Skipwith was born in 1676. He was the only son of Humberston Skipwith. Sadly, his father passed away before Fulwar's grandfather. This meant that Fulwar became the Baronet after his grandfather died in 1677.
In 1703, Fulwar Skipwith married Mary Dashwood. She was the daughter of another important person, Sir Francis Dashwood. Fulwar and Mary had five children together. They had three sons and two daughters. His oldest son, Sir Francis Skipwith, 3rd Baronet, later took over the Baronet title.
