What's Inside SkyPoint?
SkyPoint is a busy place with many different uses. It has 380 homes for people to live in. These homes are spread across 25 floors. Below the living spaces, there are seven levels of parking. This parking is enclosed, keeping cars safe.
Fun Features for Residents
Above the parking levels, there is a special area called an amenity deck. This deck is a large outdoor space. It has a big clubhouse, which is about 4,000 square feet. There is also a fitness center, which is 2,500 square feet. Residents can also enjoy a media room and a lounge. The deck also features a large landscaped terrace and a swimming pool.
Shops and Stores
On the ground floor of SkyPoint, there is space for shops. This retail area is about 10,800 square feet. It provides places for businesses to serve the community.
How SkyPoint Was Built
SkyPoint was built using strong materials. It is made of "cast-in-place concrete." This means the concrete was poured into molds right on the building site. Special "post-tensioned cables" were also used. These cables help make the building very strong. The concrete used in the building is very tough. It can handle a lot of pressure. The concrete on the ground floor is especially strong.
