Dillwynia phylicoides is a plant in the pea family, Fabaceae, that is native to Australia. The species is a prostrate or erect shrub up to 1.5 metres in height. The small, twisted, linear leaves are 3–8 mm long. The "pea" flowers appear in terminal clusters of 1 to 8 flowers in spring. These are followed by 5–7 mm long pods with smooth seed.
The species was formally described by botanist Allan Cunningham in 1825 based on plant material collected from hills near Bathurst, New South Wales.
Dillwynia phylicoides occurs in dry forest and woodland in Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.
