Southport Central is a large group of buildings located in Southport, Queensland, Australia. It's a special kind of development that combines different uses in one place. This means it has homes, offices, and shops all together.
This big project covers an area of 18,130 square meters. It includes three tall towers and areas for shopping and businesses. The total cost to build Southport Central was about $700 million. The buildings are made of concrete and have a modern design. The Raptis Group developed this project, and Archidiom Design created the architectural plans.

Exploring the Towers of Southport Central
Southport Central is known for its three impressive towers. Each tower offers different types of apartments for people to live in.
Tower A: The First to Open
Tower A is the tallest of the three, with 40 levels. It was finished in August 2006 and opened in 2007. This tower has 268 apartments. These homes come in different sizes, including one, two, or three bedrooms.
Tower B: A New Addition
Tower B has 39 levels, making it almost as tall as Tower A. It was completed and opened in April 2008. This tower offers 262 apartments. These include homes with one bedroom plus a study area, two bedrooms, or two bedrooms plus a study.
Tower C: Completing the Vision
Tower C is the third and final tower, also with 39 levels. It was finished in early 2009. This tower has 258 apartments, similar to Tower B, with options for one bedroom plus a study, two bedrooms, or two bedrooms plus a study. Landaning Pty Ltd helped construct this building.
Overcoming Challenges to Completion
During the construction of Southport Central, there were some challenges. However, the project was successfully completed in April 2009. This showed great effort to finish such a large and important development.
