St. George is located on a road called St. George Road. You can find it just southwest of Missouri Route H, which is a state highway. It's also about four miles east of another small place called Manes.

The area where St. George is located is in a valley called Hillhouse Hollow. This hollow is a small stream or river that flows into a bigger river called the Gasconade River.
