St. Margaret's Church, Aspley is a special parish church in the Church of England. It is located in the area of Aspley, Nottingham, in the United Kingdom. This church is dedicated to Margaret the Virgin, a Christian saint.
History of St. Margaret's Church
St. Margaret's Church was built a long time ago, in 1936. A person named E. H. Heazell was the architect who designed it.
In 2018, something new happened. St. Margaret's was chosen to be a "resourcing church." This means it helps other churches and welcomes new leaders. At that time, a new vicar (a type of church leader) joined the church.
The Church Organ
When the church was first built in 1936, it had a large musical instrument called a pipe organ. This organ was installed by a company named Rushworth and Dreaper.
However, the pipe organ is no longer there. It has since been removed from the church.
