Steven Timothy Davis (born November 10, 1948) is a former American football player. He played as a running back in the National Football League (NFL) for five seasons. Steve played for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New York Jets. He helped the Steelers win Super Bowl IX against the Minnesota Vikings.

Steve Davis's Football Journey
Steve Davis was born in Lexington, Virginia. He went to Delaware State University to play college football. After college, he was chosen by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 1971 NFL Draft. He was the 60th player picked overall.
Playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers
