Steven Harvey Schiff (born March 18, 1947 – died March 25, 1998) was an American politician. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives. He represented the first district of New Mexico from 1989 until he passed away in 1998. Schiff was a member of the Republican Party.

From 1972 to 1981, Schiff worked for the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was an assistant city attorney. After that, he became the district attorney for Bernalillo County, New Mexico. He held this job from 1981 until he was elected to Congress.
