Steve Joel Moffett Jr., known by his stage names Stevie Joe or Thuggy Fresh, is an American rapper from Oakland, California. He is part of the music group Livewire. Stevie Joe has appeared on many hip hop albums from the Bay Area. A notable appearance was on E-40's 2011 album, Revenue Retrievin': Graveyard Shift, where he was featured on a song called "Don't Try This at Home" with Philthy Rich. He also contributed to the soundtrack for the 2008 film Ghostride the Whip.
