Sui Ishida (Japanese: 石田 スイ, Hepburn: Ishida Sui, born December 28, 1986) is a Japanese manga artist. He is famous for creating exciting dark fantasy manga series. His most well-known works are Tokyo Ghoul and Choujin X.

About Sui Ishida's Career
Sui Ishida is best known for his popular series Tokyo Ghoul. This story is about a young man named Ken Kaneki. He becomes a ghoul after meeting one. Ghouls are creatures that look like humans but need to eat human flesh to survive.
The Tokyo Ghoul manga was published from 2011 to 2014. It appeared in a magazine called Weekly Young Jump. Later, it was made into a light novel and an anime TV show in 2014. The manga was also translated into English. It even became a top seller on The New York Times in 2015.
A short story called Tokyo Ghoul [Jack] was released online in 2013. It was a prequel, meaning it told a story that happened before the main series. In 2014, Ishida started a sequel series called Tokyo Ghoul:re. This continued the story of the ghouls.
In 2017, a live-action movie based on Tokyo Ghoul came out in Japan. An anime version of Tokyo Ghoul:re also started airing in 2018.
In 2016, Sui Ishida created a special 69-page storyboard. This was a manga chapter based on another famous series, Hunter × Hunter. It showed the past of a character named Hisoka. This storyboard was released online for fans to enjoy.
On May 10, 2021, Ishida began a new manga series. It is called Choujin X. This series is published online on Shueisha's Tonari no Young Jump website.
