Susan Flannery (born July 31, 1939) is a talented American actress and director. She became famous for her roles in popular TV shows. Susan first appeared on screen in 1965.
She starred as Laura Horton on the soap opera Days of Our Lives from 1966 to 1975. For this role, she won her first Daytime Emmy Award. Later, she played Stephanie Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful for many years. This role earned her three more Daytime Emmy Awards.
Susan also won a Golden Globe Award for her acting in the 1974 movie The Towering Inferno. She has had a long and successful career in both television and film.

Susan Flannery was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on July 31, 1939. She went to school in Manhattan. In 1962, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She studied at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri.
Acting Career Highlights
Susan Flannery started her TV career in 1963. She appeared in an episode of Burke's Law. The next year, she was in the Western movie Guns of Diablo. She also made guest appearances on several TV dramas. These included Slattery's People and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.
