The Taipei Songshan Airport is a busy airport in Taipei, Taiwan. It handles both regular flights for people and goods (this is called commercial use) and flights for the military.

When it's used for commercial flights, it's known as Taipei International Airport. But when the military uses it, it's called Songshan Air Force Base. So, it's like one place with two important jobs!
