Tammy Townsend, born on August 17, 1970, is a talented American actress and singer. She is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows. Many people remember her as Wendy Reardon on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. She also played Greta McClure, Eddie's girlfriend, on the sitcom Family Matters. Tammy Townsend's Acting Career
Tammy Townsend started her acting journey in 1984. One of her first appearances was in a video called Be Somebody... or Be Somebody's Fool!. She quickly began appearing in episodes of popular TV sitcoms. These included shows like Diff'rent Strokes and Charles in Charge.
Early TV Roles
From 1994 to 1996, Tammy had a regular role on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives. She played the character Wendy Reardon. Then, from 1995 to 1998, she became a familiar face on the ABC sitcom Family Matters. In this show, she played Greta McClure, a recurring character.
Movies and Guest Appearances
In 1997, Tammy took on a main role in the comedy movie The Pest. She starred alongside actor John Leguizamo. Over the years, she also made guest appearances in many other well-known TV shows.
