Tania Evans is a British singer and songwriter, born on May 28, 1967. She became well-known as the lead singer for the German Eurodance group Culture Beat from 1993 to 1997. Eurodance is a style of electronic dance music that was very popular in the 1990s.

Early Career and Joining Culture Beat

Tania Evans started her music career in 1992 with her first song, "Can't Let Go." Soon after, she joined the group Culture Beat. She replaced their previous singer, Lana Earl.

Tania quickly found great success with Culture Beat. Their song "Mr. Vain" became a huge hit. Tania sang the main vocals on this track.

"Mr. Vain" and Other Hits

"Mr. Vain" was Culture Beat's most successful song ever. It reached the number one spot in 13 different countries! This made Tania Evans and Culture Beat famous around the world.

Tania also lent her voice to many other popular Culture Beat songs. These included "Got to Get It" and "Anything." She also sang on "World in Your Hands" and "Inside Out."
