Her most famous moment from the show happened when she banged pots and pans. She yelled, "I ain't get no sleep cuz' of ya'll! Now ya'll gonna' get no sleep cuz' of me!" This was because her housemates kept her awake late at night. In 2015, this clip became very popular online. It was seen over seven million times on Vine. During the show, Tanisha had a disagreement with another cast member, Jennavecia Russo. This led to a fight after Russo put hot sauce in Tanisha's juice. Later, at the reunion show, Tanisha almost got into another fight. This was with Lyric Greene, who made a comment about Tanisha's weight.

Tanisha became the official host for the Bad Girls Club reunion shows. Her first reunion was for Bad Girls Club season 8: Las Vegas. She continued to host these reunions until the show's last season, Bad Girls Club season 17: East Meets West. Tanisha also hosted the reunion for the spin-off show Bad Girls All-Star Battle.
