Tanya Ragir facts for kids
Tanya Ragir is an American artist who makes sculptures. She was born in Los Angeles in 1955.
Tanya is well-known for her sculptures that focus on the female body. She often mixes these shapes with geometric designs in a beautiful way. She first sculpts with clay. Then, her art pieces are either baked in a hot oven (fired) or poured into molds (cast). These finished sculptures can be made from materials like bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, or a strong plastic called resin.
