How Tarfaya Province is Organized

Tarfaya Province is divided into smaller parts to help manage it. These parts are like smaller towns or communities.

  • Akhfennir: This is a rural area where about 1,583 people lived in 2004.
  • Tah: Another rural area, with about 1,255 people living there in 2004.
  • Daoura: A rural area with about 878 people in 2004. Most of this area is actually in Western Sahara.
