Tasha Page House (born Natasha Marie Page on March 21, 1983) is an American singer and songwriter. She is known for her Christian R&B and gospel music. Tasha became famous after winning the TV singing competition, Sunday Best, on BET in its sixth season.
Her music career officially began in 2014. She released her first album, Here Right Now, with RCA Records and Fo Yo Soul Recordings. This album was very successful, appearing on the Billboard charts, including The Billboard 200 and Top Gospel Albums.

Early Life and Family
Tasha Page House was born in Detroit, Michigan. Her parents were also musicians and pastors. Her mother is Pastor Lisa Charise Page Brooks, who is part of the gospel group Witness. Her stepfather was Bishop Michael Alan Brooks. Tasha has two younger sisters, Latia and Sateara, and a brother named Justin.
When she was younger, Tasha loved playing basketball. She even dreamed of becoming a WNBA player. However, her life path changed. She faced some challenges that led her to leave high school. Later, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she focused on her music and faith.
Music Career Highlights
Tasha's music journey began when she joined her mother's gospel group, Witness. Her solo career took off in 2013 when she competed on Sunday Best. This reality TV show searches for new gospel singing talent. Tasha won season six of the show.
Winning Sunday Best earned her a recording contract with RCA Records and Fo Yo Soul Recordings. This label is run by famous gospel artist Kirk Franklin. Tasha released her first solo album, Here Right Now, on August 5, 2014. The album reached number 87 on The Billboard 200 chart. It also climbed to the third spot on the Top Gospel Albums chart. Music critics gave the album good reviews.
Tasha has received many awards for her music. In 2015, she was nominated for three awards at the 30th Stellar Awards and won New Artist of the Year. She also won Contemporary Female Vocalist of the Year at the 34th Stellar Awards in 2019. In the same year, she won Female Vocalist of the Year at the Steeple Awards. She had also won Female Vocalist of the Year in the UK at the Gospel Touch Music Awards.
Personal Life
Tasha married Clifton James "Cliff" Lockhart in July 2006. They moved back to Detroit, Michigan, in 2008. Tasha gave birth to their son, Clifton James Lockhart, II, in 2008. She also has another son, Ronald Hughes, born in 2001.
Tasha and Clifton Lockhart separated in 2017 and later divorced in 2018. She then married T. Vernon House on June 8, 2019, in Detroit, Michigan. Their wedding was called "House of Love." Many R&B and gospel artists attended the ceremony.
Tasha Page House became an honorary member of the Sigma Gamma Rho sorority on July 5, 2025.
