Belinda Teal Marchande Caldwell (born January 11, 1965) is an American actress. She is most famous for playing Sheryl Rockmore on the popular Nickelodeon TV show Kenan & Kel. She also appeared in other TV shows like Martin and Good News. Teal Marchande stopped acting professionally after Kenan & Kel finished in 2000.
Teal Marchande has a daughter named Talia Caldwell. Talia is a talented basketball player who played for the University of California, Berkeley in college. Teal Marchande and her family live in Los Angeles.
