Tebolt Run is a small stream, about 3.46 mi (5.57 km) long. It flows into a larger stream called Big Sandy Creek. Tebolt Run is located in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. Interestingly, it's the only stream with this exact name in the entire United States.

Tebolt Run starts high up, about 1 mile (1.6 km) northeast of a place called Devies Mountain. From there, it flows towards the east and southeast. It eventually joins Big Sandy Creek. This meeting point is about 4 miles (6.4 km) northwest of Clifton Mills, West Virginia.
