The Tenfu Tea Museum is a huge and amazing place located in Zhangzhou, Fujian, China. It was built to teach people all about tea! Construction started in 2000 and was completed in 2012. This museum is known as the biggest tea museum in the world, covering a massive area of 13 acres. Inside, you can discover lots of cool things about how tea has been part of history and culture. You'll see how tea is made, different types of tea, and even beautiful tea sets. Sometimes, you can even watch live performances that show the art of making and serving tea.

What You Can Discover Inside

The Tenfu Tea Museum has five main areas for visitors to explore. Each part offers a unique look into the world of tea.

Main Exhibition Hall

This is the biggest part of the museum. Here, you can learn about the long history of tea, from ancient times to today. You'll see displays of old tea cultures, how tea was processed in the past, and many different kinds of tea and tea-making tools.

Chinese Tea Art Classroom

In this special classroom, you can learn about the traditional art of making and serving Chinese tea. It's a chance to see how tea ceremonies are performed and understand their meaning.

Japanese Tea House

This section shows the unique way tea is enjoyed in Japan. You can learn about the Japanese tea ceremony, which is very different from the Chinese one, and see traditional Japanese tea ware.

Korean Tea House

Just like the Japanese Tea House, this area focuses on the tea culture of Korea. It highlights the special customs and tools used for tea in Korea.

Calligraphy and Chinese Painting Hall

This hall connects the art of tea with other beautiful Chinese art forms. You can see amazing examples of Chinese writing (calligraphy) and paintings, which often go hand-in-hand with tea culture.
