Walter Terry McBrayer (born September 1, 1937 – died October 11, 2020) was an American lawyer and politician. He was a member of the Democratic Party. McBrayer also worked as a lobbyist, which means he helped represent groups and tried to influence government decisions.
McBrayer was born in Ironton, Ohio. He later lived in Greenup, Kentucky. He became a senior partner at a law firm called McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland. He studied at Morehead State University and then went to law school at the University of Louisville.
