Kevon was born on August 13, 1992, in Toronto, Ontario. He grew up moving between Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and Brooklyn, New York City, USA. He lived with his father in Brooklyn and his mother in Toronto.
He went to St. Mary's Catholic Secondary School in Toronto. In 2010, he decided to focus on his music career instead of finishing school. Kevon got the name The 6th Letter from a nickname he had in high school, Freshie.
Starting His Music Career
In 2010, The 6th Letter released his first music collection, called What The F. This was his debut mixtape. He continued to release more music in the following years.
