The Crocodile Hunter was a very popular TV show about wild animals. It starred Steve Irwin and his wife, Terri Irwin. Steve was known as "The Crocodile Hunter" because he loved crocodiles and all sorts of wild creatures! He had a super exciting and unique way of teaching people about nature. The show became famous all over the world.

This TV series led to other fun projects. These included a movie called The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course. There were also two other TV shows that came from it: Croc Files and The Crocodile Hunter Diaries.

Discovering Wildlife with Steve

The Crocodile Hunter was shown on a TV channel called Animal Planet. It quickly became the most watched show on that channel! People in many different countries watched it. This means the show was shown all around the world.

The series had 64 regular episodes. These aired over five seasons, from 1997 to 2004. Before that, a first "pilot" episode was shown in 1996. There were also 13 special episodes that aired until 2007. The show ran for almost 11 years in total. This made it one of the longest-running shows on the Discovery Channel network.

Steve and Terri's Adventures
