The Plaza is a large, 18-story office building in Liverpool, England. It is located in a busy business area called L3. This building is 65 meters (213 feet) tall, making it one of Liverpool's tallest buildings. It really stands out in the city's view because it's also very long, stretching over 125 meters (410 feet). That's twice its height!

The Plaza was finished in 1965. In 2005, the whole building got a big makeover. Today, a company called Bruntwood owns and rents out the office spaces inside. They own many other buildings in Liverpool too.

A Look at The Plaza's Past

The Plaza was once known as the Sir John Moores Building. It was the main office for a company called Littlewoods. This company used to sell things through catalogs. The building was named after the company's founder, John Moores.

Littlewoods had two main offices in its history. The other one was near the Edge Hill area of Liverpool. After its big makeover, The Plaza became home to many different businesses and groups.
