The Story of Cinderella Penguin
You probably know the story of Cinderella, right? Well, imagine it with a funny twist! In this movie, Cinderella is a penguin, and she has to stay home while her mean stepsisters go to a fancy ball. All the usual parts of the story are there, but everyone is a penguin. This includes the mice who magically become "horses" to pull her carriage. And instead of a glass slipper, the lost item is a swimming flipper!
From Film to Book
After the movie was a success, Janet Perlman decided to turn her film into a book. In 1992, she released a children's book called Cinderella Penguin. It was published by Kids Can Press in Toronto, Canada.
