Thelonius "Theo" Bair (born August 27, 1999) is a Canadian professional soccer player. He plays as a forward for Ligue 1 club AJ Auxerre in France. Theo also plays for the Canada national team.

Theo Bair's Club Career
Starting in Youth Soccer
Theo Bair began his soccer journey with youth teams in Ottawa. He played for Ottawa Royals and Capital United FC. Later, he joined West Ottawa SC before moving to Vancouver.
Playing for Vancouver Whitecaps FC
On July 24, 2018, Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced they would sign Theo. He joined their team in 2019. Theo made his first appearance in MLS on May 29, 2019. He came into the game as a substitute in a 2–1 win against FC Dallas. On August 11, he scored his first goal as a professional against the Portland Timbers.
Loan to Hamarkameratene
On August 6, 2021, Theo was loaned to HamKam, a club in Norway. He played there for the rest of the 2021 season. In his first game on August 18, Theo scored a goal. HamKam won that game 2–0 against Jerv. He played 17 games in the 1. divisjon and scored 4 goals. HamKam won the league and moved up to the 2022 Eliteserien, Norway's top league. After returning to Vancouver in December 2021, the Whitecaps decided to keep him for 2022.
Moving to St Johnstone
In January 2022, Theo moved to St Johnstone, a club in the Scottish Premiership. He signed a contract until the end of the 2023–24 season. He played his first game for them on February 9 against St Mirren. Theo scored his first goal for St Johnstone on October 5, 2022, against Kilmarnock. In May 2023, St Johnstone announced that Theo could be transferred. On July 4, 2023, Theo and St Johnstone agreed to end his contract.
Playing for Motherwell
In August 2023, Motherwell announced they had signed Theo Bair. He joined them on a two-year contract. He played his first game for Motherwell on August 5 against Dundee. He scored a goal in that game, which ended in a 1–1 tie.
Joining Auxerre
On July 16, 2024, Theo signed a four-year deal with Auxerre. This club had just been promoted to Ligue 1, France's top soccer league. He played his first game for Auxerre on August 18. He started in their first match of the season against Nice.

Playing for Canada's Youth Teams
In 2018, Theo played for Canada's Under-21 team. He took part in the 2018 Toulon Tournament. He also played for the Canadian U20 team in the 2018 CONCACAF U-20 Championship. In that tournament, he scored one goal and helped set up two others in five games. Theo was also chosen for the Canadian U-23 team. This was for the 2020 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship.
Playing for Canada's Senior Team
In January 2020, Theo was called up to the Canada senior team. This was for friendly games against Barbados and Iceland. He played his first game on January 7 against Barbados. He scored a goal in Canada's 4–1 victory.
In February 2024, Theo was named to Canada's team for the 2024 Copa América qualifying play-offs. These games were against Trinidad and Tobago. In June 2024, Theo was also part of Canada's team for the 2024 Copa América tournament.
