Thomas & Friends is a popular children's television series about friendly engines and other characters. They all work on the railways of the Island of Sodor. The show is based on The Railway Series books, written by the Reverend W. Awdry.

In the United States, Michael Brandon narrated the episodes. This was their last season as narrators before Mark Moraghan took over.
