Later, in 1894, a famous college in the United States, Radcliffe College, was named in her honor. This shows how important her family was. Sir Thomas and Lady Anne had a grandson named John Kendrick. He followed in his grandfather's footsteps and also became the Lord Mayor of London in 1634.
