Thomastown is a small place in Leake County, Mississippi, United States. It's called an unincorporated community. This means it's a group of homes and businesses that isn't officially a town or city with its own local government. Thomastown is where two main roads, Mississippi Highway 43 and Mississippi Highway 429, meet. It's about 11.9 miles (19.2 km) northwest of a larger town called Carthage.

The community is located right by the Yockanookany River. Back in 1900, Thomastown was a small place with 54 people living there.
