Contents
The Rare Comic Book
In this episode, Bart Simpson goes to a comic book convention. He spots something amazing there: the very first issue of "Radioactive Man"! This comic book is super rare and valuable. Bart really wants it, but it costs $100, which is a lot of money.
Bart tries to earn money by working for Mrs. Glick, a strict old lady. He does chores like cleaning her attic. It's hard work, and he doesn't earn enough.
Buying the Comic
Bart, his smart friend Martin Prince, and his best friend Milhouse Van Houten all want the comic. They decide to put their money together. Each of them adds their savings to reach the $100 needed. They are very excited to finally buy the comic book.
Sharing Problems
After buying the comic, the boys face a big problem: how to share it. They can't agree on whose turn it is to keep it. They start arguing and fighting over the valuable comic.
Trust Issues
To keep the comic safe, they decide to store it in Bart's treehouse. They even tie it to a rope and pulley system. But their arguments continue, and they start to lose trust in each other. Each boy thinks the others are trying to sneak the comic away.
Bart even has a nightmare about the comic book. He dreams that Martin and Milhouse are trying to steal it from him. This makes him even more worried and suspicious.
The Big Fight
The tension grows, and the boys become very paranoid. They build a fort around the comic book in the treehouse. They are so busy watching each other that they forget about the comic itself.
During a big storm, the comic book gets blown away. It flies out of the treehouse and is lost forever. The boys are left with nothing because they couldn't learn to share.
